How To Resize An Image On Mac Iphoto

  1. You’ve got a crystal-clear image in the perfect size for your project. If you have a Mac, you already have iPhoto to edit your pictures. It’s particularly nice if your backup is going to your computer so that all your iPhone photos are going automatically to iPhoto! To resize an image, open iPhoto and click on the image you want to.
  2. Click, hold, and drag the cursor over the image to select the image’s area to crop. To resize the crop, drag the blue dots. To crop the photograph, click Crop or press K + Command. Once done, save the image by clicking File Save. Alternatively, can press S + Command. You will now have the cropped photo in Mac.
  3. When you export an image in iPhoto, selecting “Custom” for the image exporting size will allow you to set custom dimensions (click image for larger view). IPhoto does not have a built-in way to change the size of a photo in its library; however, it does have some options for resizing when exporting and sharing photos.
